Today, Anime Maru is pleased to announce that we are planning to offer an official streaming service on our site. Here at Anime Maru, we are always looking for new ways to expand and engage our visitors. Now, Anime Maru will not only be the Leader in Anime News, but also one of the leading sources of officially licensed and legal streaming anime.
Our hope is to offer to the community a fantastic streaming service with precise subs that will rival the likes of Funimation and Crunchyroll Let’s take a look at some of the only anime we are ever going to offer:
Kore wa Zombie Desu ka? of the Dead (Studio Deen)
A zany fun romp about an adorably kawaii zombie brought back to life by an equally cute necromancer. This fun wacky show will be sure to fill your heart with warm, fuzzy feelings and fill your stomache with lots of 2D brains.
Gokicha!! Cockroach Girl! (Wao World, Moogoo)
A heartwarming anime that we licensed for around five dollars about a cockroach girl who tries to be liked by humans while dodging the insecticide.
You wouldn’t fuck a cockroach You wouldn’t fuck a cockroach You wouldn’t fuck a cockroach You wouldn’t fuck a cockroach You wouldn’t fuck a cockroach You wouldn’t fuck a cockroach You wouldn’t fuck a cockroach You wouldn’t fuck a cockroach You wouldn’t fuck a cockroach You wouldn’t fuck a cockroach
Bikini Warriors (Feel.)
A wonderful RPG style anime about four brave women fighting to save the world from total destruction. One of our staff’s personal all-time favorites.
We are proud to say that these shows will have subtitles personally translated by our staff, several of whom have taken almost an entire semester of Japanese in college. However, we like to believe good anime transcends language, so we figured we’d be able to get it close enough anyway.
We streaming these three anime and absolutely nothing else; there will be no plans to add more anime in the future. Each anime will feature our fantastic subs, as described above, in classic retro-style yellow lettering with no ability to turn them off. For the low price of $13.99 a month, Premium members will have access to crystal-clear 480p streams.
But you know what? Our media player doesn’t just randomly freeze in the middle of an episode or stop working if you’ve paused an episode too long, so in a sense we’re already a leg up on Crunchyroll.
